High odds football predictions for tomorrow
Chelsea hosts Liverpool at the Stamford Bridge in a postponed game from the Premier League’s 8th round. Let’s cover it in our high odds football predictions for tomorrow.
After losing against Aston Villa on Saturday, Chelsea are now outside Premier League’s Top 10. The Blues are currently 11th in the standings with 38 points won. They have won just 10 of their 28 matches so far – not a great achievement.
A few days ago Chelsea hosted Aston Villa at home, but suffered a 0-2 defeat against Unai Emery’s team. Once again Chelsea didn’t show their true potential and made another disappointing performance. In the second half Graham Potter N’Golo Kante, Christian Pulisic and Conor Gallagher from the bench, but it didn’t lead to a positive change – not what Potter probably expected.
Chelsea’s manager promised a different face against Liverpool on Tuesday, but many fans are pessimists about the team’s current state. Let’s be honest – Chelsea are far from their best at the moment.
We can say the same about Liverpool as well. The Reds also suffered a defeat in the league’s previous round – 1-4 against Manchester City at the Etihad. For the Reds it was a second consecutive defeat and their 9th for the season. Liverpool are now 8th in the standings with 42 points won.
Mohamed Salah opened the score for Liverpool at the Etihad, but what followed wasn’t nice – Manchester City controlled the game and showed their true potential even without the injured star striker Erling Haaland.
Jurgen Klopp could make some changes against Chelsea on Tuesday. Darwin Nunez can return in the line-up while Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is an option for the midfield. He could bring some dynamics to the game if he’s given the chance to start.
That’s our high odds football predictions for tomorrow for the Premier League derby between Chelsea and Liverpool at the Stamford Bridge. Good luck!
